God is truly with you no matter what is going on in your life. He loves you like no other person on earth ever could, and only wants to give you His Very Best. If you are hurting right now, run to Him and let Him give you comfort. He wants to be there for you in the worst of times and also in the best of times.

It is the natural response to run away from God or blame Him when things start to fall apart. If you have done this, fall on your knees, repent, and get back into a right relationship with Him. Let Him steer the boat through the rough waters until you get to the other side of the storm. It is an awesome feeling to know that you will never be alone if you give God control.

Video – Amazing Love

God has such an amazing love for you and me that He willingly sent His Son to die on the cross so that we could have access to the Father. I don’t think any human can comprehend Jesus dying on the cross for those who hated Him and for you and I who hadn’t even been born.

Oh that we could really understand the scope of what He accomplished through His death on the cross. It would radically change our lives forever. I pray that God will truly help me understand!

God is a compassionate and loving Father who truly wants to be there for you in every situation. You have to remove the junk from your life that keeps you from receiving from him, though.

What an awesome video! It is called The Motions by Matthew West.

The words say what I want for my life. I don’t want to waste another second just going through the motions each day and wasting time. I want God to be able to radically use me to accomplish His Work here on earth. I don’t want to be afraid to stand for Him.

Video – Oh What A Savior

We do have an awesome Savior who died on the cross for our sins and paid the ultimate price so that we could be saved and have the privilege of the Holy Spirit living in our hearts every moment of each day to guide us in our everyday walk.

Oh, if we could just see what an Awesome Savior Jesus truly is!

This has been one of my favorite songs since I was a child. I don’t think I fully understood it then, but more and more I am understanding now what Jesus did when He died for my sins on the cross. He sacrificed everything for me, and I can never repay Him for bridging the gap between man and God so that I could have personal access to the Father.

If you have never heard this song, please listen to the powerful words and let it minister to you. If you don’t know Jesus as your Savior, you truly don’t know what you are missing. He truly is a Wonderful Savior!

Sin can make you fall into a trap quicker than you think!

This video is a great illustration of how quickly Satan can snare you when you flirt with sin. The boy intended to do harm to the wall, but the wall fought back.

Satan has a huge amount of patience. He sits back and waits until you carelessly leave a door open, and He slowly comes inside to do his dirty work. Many times we don’t even realize he is there until he has already done a lot of damage.

There is an old Caribbean song that sums up everything very well: “Shut the door, keep out the devil. Shut the door, keep the devil in the night. Shut the door, keep out the devil. Everything is gonna be alright.”

Do you Pray for the Salvation of Others?

We love to dwell on the goodness of God. It is true that He wants to bless His Children, but in the First Chapter of Acts He calls us to be missionaries wherever we are and spread the Good News about what Jesus did for us on the cross.

Every Christian knows someone who has never believed in Jesus as His personal Savior, and most of us have someone in our own extended family. We see the same people everyday and many times they may never know that we are a Christian because we don’t talk about it.

Hell is a literal place, and every person (good or bad) will go there who has not accepted Jesus as personal Savior. This video really made me think about how I need to have a much greater passion for the lost. God expects me to live my life in a way that others will know that I have something they desperately need.

You don’t have to be a preacher, professor, or Bible theologian; just tell them what a difference God has made in your life. Let them see that you handle problems differently and have a peace and joy that can only come from your Heavenly Father.

What you do has a much greater impact on others than what you say. Talk is cheap, but actions are gold. Ask God to give you a heart for the lost and live your life in a way that truly shows how Great your God is.

Video of The Glue from God that Holds us Together

I first received this story in an email that is in the post “The Glue from God that Holds us Together.”

Then I got another email that led me to the video of Louie Giglio telling the story of how he found out about Laminin from a Christian molecular biologist. God has put His stamp on each of us at the very core of our being, and He is woven into every fiber of our body from the moment we are born.

Laminin is a protein cell adhesion molecule that is like the re bar of the human body. It literally is the substance that holds us together. For those of you that cannot watch this video, its form is in the shape of a cross. (I have a picture on the previous post in this blog.) Louie takes his Scripture passage from Psalms Chapter 33.

God is so marvelous and only He is worthy to be praised! He loves us more than we can ever imagine.

The Glue from God that Holds Us Together!

How much do you yearn for God?

This video really made an impression on me. It is a time-lapse of a vine as it “twines” for the stick that it will attach to so that it can grow. Even though I knew this happened, I have never seen the actual process. It swings around in circles while growing longer and longer until it finally gets long enough to grasp the stick and wrap itself around. You can actually see it reaching out for the stick. AMAZING!!

This is just another thing that shows you the glory of God, and how He cares for the smallest of details in His creation. If He cares this much for a plant, how much more does He care for you.

I am continually amazed at how much He loves me even though I mess up and disappoint Him with my actions. God draws each of His children to Him and wants to show us just how much He really loves us.

I want to always be “twining” for God like this vine does for the stick that it will wrap around to grow on.

Would you stand up for God under fire?

Have you fallen in love with Jesus?

I came across this video of a very simple praise song, but it has a powerful message. We as Christians need to seek the face of God and ask Him to show us His character. We need to start to understand Who He Is; then our life will change in a remarkable way.

God is so much greater than even most Christians have ever imagined. He is a wonderful Father that wants to bless His children. He has a great plan for each person, but we have to allow Him to be in charge of our lives in order to see His plan revealed.

When you start to fall in love with Jesus and what He did for you on the cross, you start to see just how much He loved you. He paid the ultimate sacrifice so that each Child of God could have a personal relationship with Him and have the guidance of the Holy Spirit to teach the truth in everything.

Many Christians today have lost their peace and joy. Maybe the reason is that they have fallen out of love with Jesus and that relationship needs to be restored anew. God is just waiting to restore His Children to the place they need to be.
